1. Eat Healthy
The first tip is all about nutrition. We should eat more vegetables. Get good quality, grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic-free proteins. Wild-caught fish instead of farm-raised fish. And fresh fruit. We should stay away from the grains, the boxes, the packages; all that is contributing to our health downfall. That would be the top nutrition tip.

Make sure you get your spine adjusted and keep healthy that way. Get your spine checked, because our bodies work from the inside out. If the nervous system is being compromised or interfered with, then the spinal subluxation is the number one factor in that category. There is no way that our body can function properly.
3. Get Enough Sleep
Get proper rest. We need to get a good night’s sleep. A good, restful night’s sleep is very important for our bodies to function at an optimal level.
4. Have a Good Mental Attitude
Proper mental attitude. Think positively. There is always a silver lining. You can either take something and make it positive or take it and make it negative. Everything that happens to us can be all determined, whether it is positive or negative, by how we react to it, and we have a choice in that matter.
